FOR THE FEW: GOD WILL ALWAYS HAVE A FAITHFUL REMNANT!

"Even so then at this present time also there is

a remnant according to the election of grace."

(Romans 11:5)

This is for the few, the embattled Remnant, whoever and wherever they may be. It is my hope and prayer that this little blog might perhaps lend some solace to them that they are not alone in what they see and feel, and that this one small voice speaking out publicly here against deception - which is the overriding spirit of the age we find ourselves living in - would resonate somewhat with them. As we enter a New Year, where the only thing that will be certain is uncertainty - other than in the imminence of the Lord's coming - if anyone is so touched by chancing upon this little site, I'd be delighted and encouraged to hear from you. You can privately message me via the site's dedicated email: watchman4wales@yahoo.co.uk

GOD WILL ALWAYS HAVE A FAITHFUL REMNANT

God will always have a faithful Remnant:

Outcasts, finger-tips upon the edge,

Ostracized and branded trouble-makers,

Isolated on their narrow ledge!

God will always have a faithful Remnant

Who refuse to go a different way;

They defy the falling of the darkness,

Waiting for the breaking of the day!

God will always have a faithful Remnant,

Clinging to the right and not the wrong,

Unafraid of being shunned by others,

Steadfast in the One who makes them strong!

God will always have a faithful Remnant,

Ridiculed and sidelined for their stand;

Pilloried as being non-progressive,

Leaving not the Rock to try the sand!

God will always have a faithful Remnant

Who won't be the roaring lion's prey,

Sheep who hear their Master, and Him only:

Close to Him they will forever stay!

God will always have a faithful Remnant,

Seeking to please Him rather than men,

Carried not with every wind of doctrine:

Holding fast to Truth means all to them!

God will always have a faithful Remnant,

Keeping to the old paths not the new;

They will never move the ancient markers:

They'll not be the many but the few!

that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day,

and having done all, to stand."
